MG MGB

Today Kelly and I went for a walk around the Eastside of Milwaukee to run a couple of errands. Kelly had mentioned a red car she saw in an alley the night prior, and I glanced at it, but didn't think it was anything special. As we walked past that same alley tonight I took a second look and decided to take out my camera for some shooting.

This is what I believe to be an MG MGB, which was produced from the early sixties to the eighties. At the time of the debut of the original model, it was considered swift due to the 0-60 mph time clocking in at just over 11 seconds!

Although this one looks neglected, someone has a connection to it and is holding onto it for some reason. It connected with me, and I couldn't resist sharing it with you all. I hope you enjoy!

From May to you

Hello All,

Here are a few photos that I had taken in the month of may and had forgotten about. They are mainly around my place, but I thought they encapsulated late sprint and early summer pretty well :)
Here we have a spiderweb inside the crossbars of a steel bridge.. the sun highlights it in a great way while still allowing us to view the rest of the bridge.
The second gives us a selection of plant blades in the sunlight. I really enjoy the bright highlights against the almost turquoise backdrop.
Some kind of fungus growing out of a tree stump near my dumpster. I thought it had an interesting shape.
Some decorative cinder blocks fading away in the sunlight. Perfect.
